Located in the Mountain Lu of Longkou city, Nanshan Scenic Area is a complex of wild nature and historic sites. It consists of Buddhism Culture Park and Historic Culture Park.

    The scenic area covers a whole area of 6 sq. km. The most famous spot is Nanshan Grand Buddhist Statue. With a height of 38.66 m and weight of 380 tons, the statue is No.1 bronze sitting Buddha. Around the Buddha, there are many affiliated halls and museum. The Historic Culture Park features the ancient buildings with different style, cuisine culture and traditions culture.
