Itinerary:
Day 1 (L)
Fly to Kunming, meet the local guide at airport and transfer to hotel Jinjiang (4 star). Some city tour will be offered after lunch.
Day 2 (B, L)
Drive to Dali (3-4hours) and start the afternoon tour with cruise on Erhai Lake, Three Pagodas in Chongsheng Temple, Old town of Dali. Stay in Lanlinge Hotel (4star) in old town.
Day 3 (B, L)
In the morning, drive to Xizhou, visit the local market in Xizhou old village, which presents lively scene of Bai ethnic people's life and others as well. Then keep driving to Lijiang, visit Black Dragon Pond, tour in old town of Lijiang. Check in Hexi hotel in old town(4 star).
Day 4 (B, L)
Start the tour with Spruce Meadow on Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (cable car included), where beautiful nature of snow mountain and colorful ethnic groups can be found. Then continue with the visit to Baisha Mural Painting that incorporates things of diverse nature to various religious cultures and school of art, takes the course of its own.
The rest of the day is at leisure——to enjoy Lijiang old town's sunshine and life. Stay in Hexi Hotel (4 star).
Day 5 (B,L)
Say goodbye to Lijiang and go on the trip to Zhongdian(Shangri-La). On the way, take a stop at Tiger Jumping Valley to see the very narrow mouth one of the deepest valley in the world. Arrive at Zhongdian(Shangri-La) and check in the hotel Jiangtang (4 stars).
Day 6 (B, L)
Visit Songzanlin Monastery in the morning, the temple is a miniature version of the Tibetan Lhasa Potala temple with its own statues and paintings of deities and lamas. Continue with Napa lake Nature Reserve and pay a visit to Tibetan local family in the afternoon.
Stay in Jinjiang Hotel Zhongdian.
Day 7 (B)
Fly to Kunming, transfer for the flight back to Shanghai. |
