Itinerary
◆Meet the guide in the morning and drive to former French Concession area, visit Open House Museum, where one could learn more about the local life of Shanghainese people. Then meet the chef assistant at wet market and learn about Chinese vegetables as well as some of cooking culture. At the same time, buy the raw materials and ingredients that are needed for the cooking courses.
◆Arrive local family’s home and meet the certificated chef. Start the cooking lesson.
◆Practice on 1 or 2 dishes and then enjoy the time for your own style lunch.
◆After lunch, drive you back to your residence.
